At Zenith Gebes Eshet, we’ve always held the belief that being a responsible corporate citizen goes beyond simply offering high-quality products and services. It’s about giving back to the communities that support us, fostering a sense of shared purpose and well-being. This commitment truly came to the forefront during the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. As the virus swept across the globe, we knew we had a role to play in supporting our local area in Ethiopia.

The global health crisis highlighted the critical importance of hygiene in preventing the spread of the virus. With access to essential cleaning supplies becoming a concern for many, Zenith Gebes Eshet felt compelled to take action. We understood that prioritizing hygiene was especially crucial for institutions like schools, hospitals, and community centers, where large numbers of people congregate.

Guided by this understanding, we made a significant donation of hand sanitizer to these vital organizations.  This wasn’t just any hand sanitizer; it was a product formulated according to World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, ensuring maximum effectiveness against the virus.  In addition to the hand sanitizer, we also donated other essential cleaning supplies, such as surface cleaners.

This sentiment resonated throughout the community, as these essential supplies provided a much-needed boost to hygiene efforts and helped create a safer environment for everyone.

Looking back, we at Zenith Gebes Eshet are proud of the role we played in supporting our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our actions were a testament to our core values of responsibility, compassion, and a commitment to the well-being of those around us.  The pandemic served as a powerful reminder that we are all interconnected, and by working together, we can overcome any challenge.

However, the fight against COVID-19, and the importance of good hygiene practices, is not over. We remain committed to supporting our community’s ongoing efforts to stay healthy and safe. We are actively exploring further initiatives that can contribute to a healthier future for all Ethiopians.
